Isabelle Daniels put her green tea down on the coffee table next to her MacBook Air as she back down on the sofa in the living room of her Belgravia townhouse. She was having a quiet day ahead of the promo for This Kiss. Isabelle sipped her green tea as she opened the lid. She clicked on Safari and logged into her Twitter account. Isabelle happened to glance over at the trends. This Kiss was the top one. Curiosity got the better of her and she clicked on it. A news article popped up at the top reading: ‘This Kiss video leaked! Listen here!’ Isabelle read it again in shock. She clicked on it and there was a whole article, which she read, then at the bottom was a video player. Isabelle clicked on it as she put her green tea down on the coffee table. The video started with a shot of each of them getting ready for a night out, which was the twenty second teaser that had been released. There was some hope yet. ‘I went out last night. I’m going out tonight again. Anything to capture your attention.’ Kirsten sung smiling as they walked down an alley. It was a poor quality video for This Kiss. She was devastated that the video had been leaked. She stopped it and picked up her iPhone, which was sitting beside her cup of green tea. She unlocked it and went through contacts, selecting Becca, The Diamonds manager, phone number. It began to ring. ‘Hello?’ Becca answered on the third ring. ‘Hey Becca. It’s me. Is.’ Isabelle said sipping her green tea. Becca was in a really noisy place. ‘Where are you?’ Isabelle asked. ‘I’m battling with the rest of London to get lunch. Sorry.’ Becca said as someone grunted in the background. ‘What’s up, Is?’ Becca said. ‘The This Kiss video has been leaked.’ Isabelle said looking at the article on her MacBook screen. ‘What? Are you sure?’ Becca said moving to a quieter area. Isabelle picked up her cup of green tea. ‘1OO% sure. It’s an crappy internet version though.’ Isabelle said taking a sip of her green tea. She put the cup back down on the table. ‘Jesus Christ, can anything be kept a secret for another two days.’ Becca said. ‘Obviously not.’ Isabelle said switching back to the Twitter tab as she heard Becca moved out onto the street. ‘What time is it now?’ Becca asked. ‘One thirty.’ Isabelle said glancing down at the computer’s clock. ‘Conference call at three with all the girls. In the meantime can you send me the link of the article please?’ Becca as the cars whizzed by in the background. ‘Okay. I’ll send it over.’ Isabelle said hanging up.
 
‘Babe. I think you need to take this one.’ Jeremy, Eméli Woods’s hairdresser, said holding up Eméli’s buzzing iPhone 5. Eméli was at The House of Rush salon in Piccadilly. Eméli was getting her hair dyed black with a purple and blue tint that showed in the light. Jeremy had just began pulling the foils out. Becca’s named flashed across the screen. ‘Thanks Jeremy.’ Eméli said taking her phone as she closed the magazine she was reading. ‘Hey Becca. What’s happening?’ Eméli asked watching Jeremy in the mirror. ‘This Kiss’s video has been leaked.’ Becca said cutting straight to the chase. ‘What do you mean leaked?’ Eméli said as Jeremy spun her around in the chair. Eméli went into shock. ‘Leaked as in a cráppy video version floating around the internet. Isabelle found it on Twitter.’ Becca said. ‘Do we know who leaked it?’ Eméli asked. ‘No but I just got off the phone from Rory. He’s not too happy about it. He’s assured me he’s going to find who did it.’ Becca said. ‘So what happens now?’ Eméli spluttered as Jeremy continued to pull out foils. She had never experienced a leak before. All of the hard work that had gone into the single, then keeping it all a secret had come undone. ‘I don’t know. I’m on my way back to the office now to talk face to face with Rory but we’ll have a conference call at three. Alright?’ Becca said. ‘Okay. I’ll talk to you then.’ Eméli said as Jeremy took out the last foils. ‘Okay.’ Becca said hanging up. Eméli put her phone back on the table with her bag. ’What’s happened hon?’ Jeremy said as Eméli stood up. ‘The single’s been leaked.’ Eméli said as he led her over to a basin. 'That's too bad honey.' Jeremy said as Eméli sat down in the seat.
 
‘That goes in the living room.’ Spencer Hastings directed the removalists with the coffee table as she pulled her ringing iPhone out of her pocket. Spencer was moving into her new Chelsea townhouse that she had brought over summer. ‘Hello.’ Spencer answered as she followed them in. ‘Spence. Becca here.’ Becca said as she walked through a crowd of tourist. ‘Hey Becca. What’s up?’ Spencer said watching the removalists. ‘This Kiss’s video has been leaked.’ Becca said. ‘No.’ Spencer said stopping in the middle of the hallway. Spencer’s first emotion was sadness. All the hard work they had put into the single and video had come undone in a leak. ‘Unfortunately yes. Is found it on Twitter.’ Becca said as a bus whizzed by. ‘Well what happens now?’ Spencer said walking into the living room. She pointed at the removalists to put the table down. ‘I don’t know. I’ll have to talk to Rory but we’re going to have a conference call at three. Okay.’ Becca said crossing a road. Spencer walked back outside. ‘Okay. I’ll talk to you then.’ Spencer said as Becca hung up.
 
‘Yeah, We're happy, free, confused, and lonely in the best way. It's miserable and magical, oh, yeah. Tonight's the night when we forget about the heartbreaks. It's time.’ Kirsten Williams sung to herself as she drove down the M1 in her Range Rover. She was driving to Manchester to visit her boyfriend, Tom. The chorus of Taylor Swift’s 22 was interrupted by Kirsten’s ringing iPhone 5, which was sitting in cradle in front of her. It was Becca. She turned radio down before sliding the bar across. ‘Becca.’ Kirsten said smiling as she moved across into the other lane. ‘We have a situation.’ Becca said. ‘What sort of situation?’ Kirsten said smiling, lifting her sunglasses up and putting them on top of her head. ‘This Kiss’s video has been leaked.’ Becca said. ‘What? You’re joking.’ Kirsten said as a wide array of emotions raced through her head. ‘I wish I was.’ Becca said. ‘Isabelle found out about it on Twitter. Top trending topic.’ Becca said. ‘What happens now?’ Kirsten said switching lanes again. ‘We’ll I’ve just got back to the office and I’m about to go and talk to Rory. We have a conference call at three.’ Becca said. ‘I should be in Manchester by then.’ Kirsten said as she drove. ‘Okay. We’ll talk then.’ Becca said. ‘Bye.’ Kirsten said hanging up.
 
Charlotte Huntington-Whitley sat on the balcony of an London pub looking out over the River Thames, enjoying the early autumn sunshine. She was with Ella, Demi, Daniel, Jason and Scott, her group of friends from school in Ireland. They were on on their way back to Ireland after finishing up their gap year in Australia. She would have been with them if she wasn't in The Diamonds. Ella and Demi were showing her photo's on Demi's iPhone while the boys watched the football on one of the big screens. 'That's amazing.' Charlotte said smiling as she swiped through the pictures of the sunrise on Bondi Beach. 'One of the best sunrise's I've seen.' Ella said smiling. Charlotte's iPhone 5 buzzed next to her on the table. The screen flashed with Becca’s name. If Becca really wanted her she would call back. Charlotte locked her phone before slipping it into her pocket. 'Did you get to see much of Australia, while you were there?' Demi asked. 'No. We're in Australia for a week and all we saw was the inside of arenas.' Charlotte said smiling. 'Though we did meet most of the Home and Away cast at the awards show we performed at.' Charlotte said smiling as her phone buzzed again, she ignored it by shoving it into her pocket. 'Lucky duck. The guy who plays Romeo is to die for.' Demi said smiling, going off into a little daydream. 'God not more talk about Home and Away.' Daniel said as he walked over with Jason and Scott. 'Yes. Deal with it.' Demi said looking at him. 'A bit sick of Home and Away, Dan?' Charlotte said smiling. Dan and Charlotte got on really well. They had even gone out at one point but found that they were like brother and sister. They broke up just before Charlotte moved to London for the X Factor. Dan had been really supportive of Charlotte, they all had. 'They were left on a cliff hanger in Australia, so they talked about it non-stop for twenty four hours.' Jason said smiling. 'No we didn't!' Ella said looking at him. 'Yes, you did.' Scott said smiling. Charlotte smiled as her iPhone buzzed once more. She pulled her phone out of her pocket, a message from Becca flashed across the screen. ‘RING ME. ASAP. WE NEED TO TALK. IT’S IMPORTANT.’ Becca had written in capitals. Charlotte rolled her eyes. 'Do you girls want another drink?' Daniel said smiling, pulling his wallet out. 'Yeah.' Demi said looking at him. ‘My shout.’ Charlotte said standing up, slipping her phone into her jean pocket. 'You might be some hotshot superstar but we don't expect for you to pay for every round.' Dan said smiling. 'Don't worry about it.' Charlotte said smiling, standing up. ‘What are we all having?’ Charlotte said pulling her purse out of her bag. 'We'll all have a beer.' Jason said looking at her. 'Lemon, Lime and Bitters for me, please.' Demi said looking at her. 'A passionfruit Cruiser for me please.' Ella said smiling. 'Okay. I'll be back in a minute.' Charlotte said smiling walking across the balcony. She stepped inside and called Becca as she walked through the pub. ‘Charlotte.’ Becca answered. ‘What’s so important?’ Charlotte said as she walked through the pub. ‘Where are you?’ Becca asked. ‘I’m at the pub with some of my friends over from Ireland.’ Charlotte said as she reached the bar. ‘Hold on.’ Charlotte said as she reached the bar. ‘Three beers, a lemon lime and bitters and two passionfruit cruiser's please.’ Charlotte said showing her ID to the bartender. ‘What’s up?’ Charlotte said to Becca. ‘The "This Kiss" video has been leaked.’ Becca said. ‘Really?’ Charlotte said putting her purse down on the bar. ‘Really.’ Becca said. ‘Bloody hell.’ Charlotte said pushing a loose strand of hair behind her ear. ‘So what’s going to happen now?’ Charlotte asked as the bartender put the lemon, lime and bitters down in the tray in front of her. 'Rory is currently working of what to do. But we're going to conference call at three.' Becca said. The bartender put the two Cruiser's down in the tray. ‘I’m sorry. I can’t conference call at three.’ Charlotte said watching the bartender. ‘It’s the first time I have seen my friends in ages, Becca.’ Charlotte said before Becca could say anything. 'It's only going to take ten minutes.' Becca said. The bartender put the beers down on the tray. 'Look. I'll see what I can do. No promises.' Charlotte said handing the money over. 'Okay. Text me if you are. If not I'll text you over the details if you aren't.' Becca said. 'Okay.' Charlotte said hanging up. She put her phone and purse down on the tray. She carefully picked up the tray and made her way back through the pub and out onto the balcony. Charlotte put the drinks down on the table. ‘What’s up?’ Demi asked as Charlotte sat down. ‘Oh. Nothing.’ Charlotte said smiling, hiding her disappointment that all The Diamonds hard work had come undone.
 
‘What happens now?’ Spencer asked as she walked into the main bedroom. ‘Well. We’ll have to release a statement about it and release it tonight at eight. Build on the hype of the leak.’ Rory, one of the Sony Music UK. Executives, said. The Diamonds were having their three o'clock conference call about the leak. They could hear Becca pacing in the background. 'Then what bring the promo forward?' Isabelle said walking back into her living room. She had spent the last hour and a half reading articles and tweets about the single. Something she didn't normally do. The reviews were positive. 'No. We wouldn't be the release date isn't until the 28th. So it doesn't really matter.' Eméli said as she walked through Piccadilly heading back to her car. 'Exactly.' Rory said. 'So do we know who leaked it?' Kirsten asked. She had just arrived at Manchester United's training centre waiting for Tom to come out. 'No. But I can assure you. We'll get to the bottom of it.' Rory said darkly.

‘Okay. So the shoot is two days here in London.’ Becca, The Diamonds manager said picking some papers up off her desk. ‘When?’ Isabelle Daniels asked. ‘This Friday and Saturday. It’s a day, night shoot.’ Becca said handing Kirsten Williams, Spencer Hastings, Eméli Woods, Charlotte Huntington-Whitley and Isabelle the concept. The Diamonds were in Becca’s office at Sony Music in London having a meeting about the video for the first single, This Kiss, off their second album, Neon Lights. ‘The director is Adam Stanley. What else?’ Becca said looking around her as they each flipped through the concepts. ‘We’re making out with strangers?’ Charlotte said suddenly. ‘What? Where does it say that?’ Eméli asked looking at Charlotte. ‘Page three.’ Kirsten interjected smiling, flipping the page. ‘Ah. Yes, how could I forget.’ Becca announced, smiling, picking up a large box from under her desk and putting it on her desk. ‘These are the love interests. There’s about 1OO in there. You each have to pick one by Monday.’ Becca said smiling tapping the top. They looked at each other smiling. An idea dawned on Spencer. ‘If Kirsten and I could convince Justin and Tom to be in the shoot.’ Spencer said smiling looking at Becca, who looked unsure. Spencer looked across at Kirsten, who turned to Becca. ‘Come on, Becca. Please.’ Kirsten pleaded looking at her. ‘Okay.’ Becca said looking at them. ‘I’ll have to okay it with Adam first.’ Becca said as Charlotte picked up the box. ‘Yes.’ Kirsten and Spencer said high fiving each other. ‘We’ll Em, Is and I will happily look at these then.’ Charlotte said smiling opening the lid of the box and taking a photo out.
 
‘Come on, baby please. Justin’s doing it for Spencer.’ Kirsten begged her boyfriend Tom over the phone. Tom and Kirsten had been together for nearly a year, in that time the British media had dubbed them the "Young Posh & Becks" in reference to Victoria and David Beckham’s relationship because, like them, Tom was a soccer player for Manchester United and Kirsten was a member of a girl group. ‘I’m sorry babe, but no.’ Tom said to her. Kirsten was trying to convince Tom into being her love interest on The Diamonds video for This Kiss, which they were shooting in London next week. The same week Manchester United had a bye. ‘Why not?’ Kirsten said sipping her coffee as she walked down the street. Kirsten was on her way home from a meeting with the rest of The Diamonds about the shoot. ‘The boys. Imagine what they’re gonna to say.’ Tom said. ‘Babe. All you have to do is dance around like you’re at Funky Buddha and kiss me. It’s not like your acting in it.’ Kirsten said smiling sipping her coffee again. She could tell Tom was thinking. ‘It’s either you or some tool of actor named John, who will try and hit on me. I think we know which one we both prefer.’ Kirsten said smiling. ‘I’ll do it.’ Tom said finally relenting. ‘But only because I’m the most amazing boyfriend in the entire universe.’ Tom said. ‘Yes! Thank you!’ Kirsten said smiling.
 
‘Oh My God. He’s hot.’ Eméli said, looking at a picture over Charlotte’s shoulder, as she walked back into the living room of Isabelle’s Belgravia townhouse with a bowl of popcorn. Eméli, Charlotte and Isabelle had to each pick a male love interest for the "This Kiss" video because unlike Kirsten and Spencer, they didn’t have boyfriends. Eméli carefully made her way through all the photos spread all over the floor. She sat down in a clear space. ‘This makes me feel so depressed.’ Charlotte said looking around at all the photos surrounding her on the floor. ‘Why? You get to look at hot guys. What’s depressing about that?’ Isabelle said smiling picking up a photo. It happened to be a shirtless one, with had a killer six pack. ‘Because I’m eternally single.’ Charlotte said taking some popcorn out of the bowl. ‘We all are.’ Eméli said picking up photo. The guy had the dark, mysterious, broody look about him. Isabelle smiled suddenly standing up. ‘All the single ladies. All the single ladies. All the single ladies.’ She sung dancing terribly around the living room. Charlotte and Eméli laughed. Dancing wasn’t one of The Diamonds strongest points. ‘Come on. Sing with me!’ Isabelle said smiling dancing around the room. Eméli stood up and began dancing with her. Charlotte smiled. ‘All the single ladies. All the single ladies. All the single ladies. Now put your hands up.’ Isabelle and Eméli sung as they stopped dancing. ‘Up in the club, we just broke up, I’m doing my own little thing, You decided to dip but now you wanna trip. Cause another brother noticed me.’ Eméli and Isabelle sung to Charlotte. ‘Come on, Char!’ Eméli said smiling. Charlotte smiled rolling her eyes as she put a picture back down on the floor. ‘I’m up on him, he up on me, don’t pay him any attention. Cause I cried my tears, for three good years. Ya can’t be mad at me.’ Charlotte sung as she stood up, joining in with Eméli and Isabelle. They danced around the living room. ‘Cause if you liked it then you should have put a ring on it. If you liked it then you should’ve put a ring on it.’ They sung trying to dance like Beyoncé. They didn’t. They all move different ways. ‘Don’t be mad once you see that he want it. If you liked it then you should’ve put a ring on it.’ They sung smiling. ‘Wuh, uh, oh, uh, uh, oh, oh, uh, oh, uh, uh, oh.’ They sung dancing around in different directions. ‘Wuh, uh, oh, uh, uh, oh, oh, uh, oh, uh, uh, oh.’ They sang and danced in between laughs. Eméli, Charlotte and Isabelle crashed into one and other before collapsing on the floor together in a fit of laughter. ‘God. We are so hopeless.’ Eméli said smiling. ‘I’m so glad we don’t dance on stage.’ Isabelle said smiling, pushing some hair out of her face. ‘I think everyone is.’ Charlotte said smiling as they lay together. ‘Come on.’ Eméli said sitting up. ‘These boys aren’t going to pick themselves.’ She said smiling, picking up one of the photos.
 
‘You know. Two years ago we were on the X Factor tour. Now we’re shooting our fourth music video.’ Eméli said watching the crew make the final adjustments. She was having a moment. The Diamonds all had these moments at certain points when they each couldn’t believe how far they had come. ‘It’s hard to believe sometimes isn’t it?’ Charlotte said smiling as Cara, one of their hairstylists fixed her hair. The Diamonds had spent the day shooting the video for “This Kiss” around London. They were at the final shoot of the day in an old alley. The first shot was them walking down the alley singing to the camera. ‘It’s bloody amazing though.’ Isabelle said smiling fixing her jacket. ‘Alight. Everyone ready.’ Adam said looking around the alley. ‘Yep.’ Spencer said looking around. ‘Okay then. Crew, behind the camera please. The Diamonds, remember act natural. Cue music.’ Adam said as the music began playing. ‘Action!’ He yelled. ‘I went out last night. I’m going out tonight again. Anything to capture your attention.’ Kirsten sung smiling as they walked. ‘Your attention.’ Spencer and Isabelle sung smiling. ‘And she’s a real sweet girl. And you know I got a boy. Details we both forgot to mention.’ Charlotte sung into the camera smiling. ‘Forgot to mention.’ Spencer and Isabelle sung. And you, I always know where you are. And you always know where I am. We’re taking it way too far. But I don’t want it to end.’ Isabelle sung as they cameraman pulled out the wider shot of them all. ‘This kiss is something I can’t resist. Your lips are undeniable. I don’t wanna miss this kiss.’ They all sung smiling as the cameraman walked backwards and forwards in front of them. ‘You know you’re just my type. And your eyes are lock and key, to my heart. Tempting my confession.’ Spencer sung to the camera smiling. ‘My confession.’ Spencer and Isabelle sung smiling. ‘And you’re a real hot thing. But you know I’ve got a boy somewhere. So can you feel the tension?’ Eméli sung smiling as they walked. ‘Feel the tension.’ Spencer and Isabelle sung. ‘And you, I’m dancing to where you are. And you’re dancing to where I am. We’re taking it way too far. But I don’t want it to end.’ Isabelle sung smiling. ‘This kiss is something I can’t resist. Your lips are undeniable. This kiss is something I can’t risk. I wish it didn’t feel like this.’ They all sung smiling, slowing down. ‘I wish it didn’t feel like this cause I don’t wanna miss this kiss.’ Eméli sung into the camera. ‘Cut! Good work girls!’ Adam said smiling, walking forwards. ‘At this rate we’ll have all the shots done in the hour.’ He said smiling.
 
‘Thank you for doing this.’ Spencer said smiling to her boyfriend, Justin. ‘I must admit. It’s a new experience kissing on camera.’ Justin said smiling. Spencer and Justin had been together for two years after meeting in their native Manchester. Justin was an investment banker at one of the major banks in London. ‘For you and me both.’ Spencer said smiling. They were filming the shots when The Diamonds each kissed a different love interest. So far Charlotte and Eméli had shot there scenes, now it was Spencer’s turn. ‘Spencer, can you move closer into Justin?’ Adam said looking in the monitor. Spencer moved in closer. ‘Alright. We’re ready when you are.’ Adam said looking at them. ‘What do we do?’ Spencer asked looking at him. It seemed pretty straightforward but Spencer still wasn’t sure. It was a new experience for her. ‘Well. Make out for the camera while everyone around you is dancing. I’m sure you can do that.’ Adam said smiling. ‘We know she can do that!’ Charlotte jeered from behind the camera. ‘Shut up Charlotte!’ Spencer said playfully smiling. ‘I think we can manage that.’ Will said smiling. ‘Right. Ready, Spencer?’ Adam said looking at her. ‘Sure am.’ Spencer said smiling, taking Justin’s hand. ‘Action!’ Adam yelled. The crowd behind them began dancing around, Spencer and Justin went in for a kiss like a couple deep in love.
 
‘This kiss is something I can’t resist. Your lips are undeniable. This kiss is something I can’t risk. Your heart is unreliable.’ The Diamonds sung to the camera as extras behind them jumped around, dancing. ‘Something so sentimental. You make so detrimental. And I wish it didn’t feel like this. Cause I don’t wanna miss this kiss.’ They sung dancing awkwardly on the spot. ‘I wish it didn’t feel like this cause I don’t wanna miss this kiss.’ Eméli sung smiling as The Diamonds came in together close to the camera. ‘Cut!’ Adam yelled as the music faded out. ‘That’s a wrap people!’ Adam said into the microphone. The crowd cheered and The Diamonds hugged. ‘Thank you very much people!’ Adam said smiling. Charlotte took the microphone from Adam. ‘On behalf of The Diamonds, I would like to thank everyone involved in this shoot.’ Charlotte said smiling. The crowd screamed. ‘The extras for wanting to party at a fake party.’ Charlotte said smiling. The crowd laughed. ‘The crew for making us look absolutely fabulous.’ Charlotte said smiling. ‘And Adam, for putting his energy into this. Without him none of this would have happened. So from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you.’ Charlotte said smiling. The crowd cheered. ‘It has been an amazing time and a shoot we’ll never forget. Thank you everyone!’ Charlotte said smiling.
